This is one item of axial mounting electrolytic capacitor in various capacitance values and working voltages. The manufacturer is Vishay-BC. The miniumum operating temperature is -55C, maximum 85C. One picture shows some of these parts used as replacements in a Ferrograph Super 7 tape recorder.
