This is a used, high voltage single gang air spaced variable capacitor. It is suitable for ATUs and lower power transmitting loops. The capacitance is approximately 20pF to 220pF with an estimated D.C. working voltage of 1kV. The R.F. working voltage will depend on your particular application. There is a high precision, high ratio reduction drive with anti-lash gearing. The control knob is a very nice one with a smooth operation windy handle. The capacitor vanes are silver plated.
The handle is very easy to turn on the worm gear reduction and the nice feeling bearings. If you were wanting to find a precision variable capacitor that could be motor driven remotely, this has to be an option.
