This is one item of 100uA full scale deflection microammeter with a scale that reads 0 to 1uA. The needle zeroes correctly and I have tested it for accurate reading at 100uA using a 10V source and a 100K resistor. The coil resistance is 340 Ohms. There are traces of label glue directly underneath the display. The actual item is shown. The width is 90mm and the height is 74mm. The panel circular cut-out required is 53mm diameter.
You could use a 9V battery and normal skin resistance to move the needle, and it will certainly read the current generated by potato batteries, very small solar cells, photodiodes and phototransistors etc.
