This is one item of 28 way tag strip as seen in valve radios and vintage electronics. The strips can be bolted down to a chassis using the tags which have the mounting eyelet at the bottom. Note that this will electrically connect that particular terminal to the chassis. These can be cut-down into smaller groups with careful use of a hacksaw or one of those miniature power driven circular cutters. You may have seen groups used to mount bridge rectifiers in old power supplies.
The distance between each terminal is 9.5mm. The distance between the fixing eyelets every three terminals is 28.6mm. The length of the full 28-way strip is 266.7mm. The height above the chassis when mounted is approximately 20mm. The width including the eyelets is approximately 12mm.
