This is one item of new AC CMOS DIL IC. The manufacturer is Texas Instruments. The higher pack quantity options are cheaper per item. If you would like to mix five or ten of the available types, please use the MIX option and send a site message with your requirements, or ideally add the information to the purchase as a note.
Along with the more usual logic functions you can use these fast devices for various nefarious purposes. The AC series has symmetrical +/-24mA output current so you can use them to drive LEDs directly through an appropriate resistor. They are also quite quick, so can get up to a pretty high frequency in a crystal oscillator application or you may abuse the buffers and inverters with the outputs paralleled up as low-power HF transmitter drivers. A PWM or PDM signal feeding both an inverter and buffer type will create an opposite drive output which could create an H-bridge drive for a small loudspeaker. I have yet to make an analog-digital hybrid mixer (multiplier) with the XOR gates, but that's an interesting thought.
