This is one item of good quality, unused, Soviet era silver-mica capacitor originally sourced from Lithuania, suitable for radio transmitter filters and other uses which demand a silver mica type. Some of these may be supplied in a different colour of resin dip from the orange-brown kind shown in the pictures. They are functionally identical and have the same basic parameters as listed. There are some exceptionally high values available here, handy for Top Band and 80m impedance matching Chebyshev harmonic output filters.
