This is one item of new Neutrik three pin XLR NC3MX Male line plug balanced audio connector. They are extremely high quality and are quick and easy to assemble. These have been in production for a decade or two now, and have become the standard item used in broadcast and recording studios. The absence of fiddly screws on the body and cable grip reduces the assembly time without compromising the final outcome, and this is especially welcome when you're crouched under the mixing desk wiring up a couple of hundred or so. They are supplied in the original sealed bags.
