This is a pack of 10 items of green neon indicator bulb such as you may find in mains tester plug-tops, transient suppressors, coffee machine and trailing sockets etc. The maximum length of the glass is 15mm and the diameter is 6mm.
In the picture showing the lit item, it is running on 240 V.A.C. mains via a 180K 0.5W resistor where the current measured is 1.04mA. The rated current is 1.1mA For 110V mains use a 47K resistor. The stated lifetime is 10,000 hours under these operating conditions. When fitting a replacement, note that the resistor will often be hidden under the insulation in one of the wire leads in the equipment. Failure to use a resistor will result in a blown fuse or circuit breakers opening which is to be avoided.

Starting (Strike) Voltage: 85Vac Max, 125Vdc Max
Operating Current: 1.1mA
