This is a pack of standard neon indicator bulb such as you find in mains power plug-tops and trailing sockets. The measured length of the glass is 10mm and the diameter is 4mm.
In the second picture showing the lit item, it is running on 240 Vac mains via a 150K 0.5W resistor. For 110V mains use a 33K resistor. The stated lifetime is 25,000 hours under these operating conditions. When fitting a replacement, note that the resistor will often be hidden under the insulation in one of the wire leads.
