This is one item of new 1:1 audio isolating transformer.
The data sheets are shown in the secondary pictures. D.C. current should be avoided in the windings. The headline specifications are as follows.

These typically find uses as hum loop breakers in long line analog audio situations or guitar applications. The headline -0.2dB bandwidth may not be particularly wide, but the -3dB bandwidth is substantially greater than this.
